Term of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any payment.

General

- I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission.- Please do not rush me — I’ll provide updates when progress is ready.- Delivery time is usually 7–30 days. If delays occur (illness, personal issues, etc.), I will notify you.- My active hours are 10AM–10PM UTC+7 (3AM–3PM UTC)

Artwork

- All artwork will be created in my own style — please check my portfolio beforehand.- References are required. Visual references are strongly preferred, but detailed descriptions are also acceptable.- For personal use only: Feel free to share with credit! Please don’t sell, edit, or use for profit/NFTs/AI training.- For commercial use, an additional +100% fee will apply.- I retain the right to post WIPs/finals on my portfolio and social media. If you prefer the artwork to remain private, a +30% fee will apply.

Process

1️⃣ Sketch Stage (Concept & Composition)- You’ll receive a rough sketch within 3–7 days after providing references.
- Focus is on pose, proportion, and composition — not fine details.
- Once approved, full payment is required before continuing.2️⃣ Rough Render Stage (Color & Lighting Direction)- I’ll block in base colors and overall lighting to set the mood.
- You can request minor color or lighting direction tweaks (e.g. brighter tone, softer shadow).
- No pose or anatomy edits at this stage.3️⃣ Detailed Render Stage (Refinement & Definition)- I refine face, hair, and clothing.
- You can ask for minor adjustments (facial expression tweaks, detail fixes)4️⃣ Final Polish Stage (Finishing Details)- This usually for small accessory detail that are rendered last
- Only tiny fixes are accepted (e.g. color dot, slight shadow balance).
- Once approved, I’ll deliver the finished artwork in full resolution.Revisions:- Up to 3 revisions during the Sketch Stage (pose, composition, or proportion).- Minor adjustments during Rough and Detailed Render Stages.- Major changes after the Sketch Stage (pose, anatomy, camera) may require an extra fee.

Payment

- I use Paypal Invoice only- 50% non-refundable deposit required before sketching begins- Remaining 50% due upon sketch approval- Fee-exclusive: Client covers PayPal fees (~4.4% + $0.30)

Refund Policy

- Refunds are not available once work has started, as this compensates for time already spent.- If I must cancel your order due to personal reasons, I will issue a full refund.
